Ruby, 39, announced that the couple welcomed a baby boy, Levi Rhodes Kalick, on August 4, 2026. She shared the news alongside intimate family photographs, giving followers their first glimpse of the newborn and the touching moment his older brother, Otis, met him.

For Stewart, who is a father of eight, Levi’s arrival marks another milestone in a family life that has expanded considerably beyond the rock star’s decades-long career.

Ruby revealed that Levi arrived at 6:58 p.m., weighing 9 pounds and measuring 20 inches. Her announcement included several photographs from the hospital showing the newborn surrounded by his parents and relatives.

Ruby also explained the significance she associates with her son’s first name, writing that Levi means “My Heart.” She described his arrival as dramatically expanding the love she feels for her family.

The photographs offered a personal look at the first days of the newest Stewart family member, including images of Levi bundled in blankets and wearing a small knit cap.

Otis Meets His Baby Brother

One of the most emotional parts of Ruby’s announcement centered on Levi meeting his three-year-old brother, Otis.

Ruby revealed in May 2026 that she and Jake were preparing to welcome their second child.

She announced the pregnancy with a playful photograph of Otis holding an ultrasound image, joking that she and Jake couldn’t decide what to give him for his third birthday and had settled on a sibling. She said at the time that their second baby was expected in early August.

The timing proved remarkably accurate, with Levi arriving on August 4.

Ruby and Jake had previously welcomed Otis in 2023. The couple became engaged in January of that year.

Rod Stewart Is Now a Grandfather of Six
