Some celebrities collect luxury cars. Others prefer two wheels, open roads, and the sound of a motorcycle engine.

For a few stars, motorcycles are part of the public image. For others, the hobby is more surprising. Some ride for freedom. Some collect rare bikes. Some built travel shows around riding. A few even launched motorcycle businesses.

Here are celebrities you may not have known were bikers.

Keanu Reeves

Keanu Reeves is not just a celebrity who rides motorcycles. He helped build a motorcycle company.

The John Wick and Matrix actor co-founded ARCH Motorcycle with designer Gard Hollinger. Reuters reported that Reeves and Hollinger created the docuseries Visionaries, connected to their work with ARCH Motorcycles and Reeves’ long love of motorbikes.

Norman Reedus

Norman Reedus is one of the most visible celebrity bikers on television.

The Walking Dead actor hosts Ride with Norman Reedus, a motorcycle travel series where he rides with famous guests, explores local biker culture, and visits different locations. AMC+ describes the show as following Reedus, a motorcycle enthusiast, as he hits the open road with famous friends.

Ewan McGregor

Ewan McGregor turned his love of motorcycles into an entire travel-documentary franchise.

In Long Way Round, McGregor and Charley Boorman rode from London to New York, traveling thousands of miles across countries and difficult terrain. Apple TV describes the 2004 journey as a 20,000-mile motorcycle challenge across 12 countries and 19 time zones.

Charley Boorman may not be as globally famous as Ewan McGregor, but in motorcycle culture, he is a major name.

Boorman became widely known through the Long Way series with McGregor. Their travel projects combined friendship, endurance, route planning, breakdowns, border crossings, and the unpredictable reality of long-distance riding.
