Brad Pitt seeks Angelina Jolie’s film contracts in latest twist of Château Miraval legal battle

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s long-running legal fight over the Château Miraval estate has taken another turn, with Pitt asking a court to require his former wife to produce financial records and movie contracts from several years following their separation.

The latest filing centers on Jolie’s previous claim that financial pressures influenced her decision to sell her interest in the French winery. Brad Pitt challenges Jolie’s financial hardship claim

According to court filings, Pitt is requesting Jolie’s contracts, compensation records and related financial documents covering the period from 2017 through 2021.

His attorneys argue that the records are relevant because Jolie has previously maintained that stepping back from work after the couple’s 2016 separation affected her finances. Pitt’s legal team contends that her income during those years should be examined as part of the ongoing litigation.
