Not every celebrity wants to become a political voice.

Some stars endorse candidates. Others campaign openly. But many public figures choose a quieter path: they avoid political interviews, keep opinions private, or speak only when an issue feels directly connected to them.

“Stays out of politics” does not mean someone has no beliefs. It means they are not usually known for frequent public political commentary or partisan campaigning.

Her public image is built around music, kindness, humor, literacy, and philanthropy rather than political debate. She has often kept her wording careful, choosing to bring people together instead of placing herself inside party arguments.
